More and more families and professionals live in Sotogrande all year: for the international schools, for work in Gibraltar or on the Costa del Sol, or to try the area before buying. A long-term rental is the easiest way to do it.

Where to rent an apartment

Sotogrande Marina. Waterfront apartments with restaurants and services on the doorstep.

Sotogrande Costa and Torreguadiaro. Close to the beach and Real Club de Golf Sotogrande.

Golf and La Reserva. Quiet developments with views, such as Senda Chica.

Pueblo Nuevo and nearby. The most affordable rents, close to shops and schools. We also have apartments in La Paloma (Manilva) and Alcaidesa.

How it works

We show you the apartments, go through the contract with you and explain the deposit and guarantees each landlord asks for. For a primary residence, Spain's 2023 Housing Law puts the agency's management fees on the landlord.
