Sotogrande, end of summer 2023.
As always when these dates at the end of August arrive, we recap and take stock of what summer has been like in Sotogrande.
At Ayling Property Sotogrande, we are pleased to say that it has been a great summer, very hot, but the heat is bearable with our magnificent beaches, where you can cool off.
Our restaurants, beach bars and bars have been at one hundred percent occupancy, as well as the hotels, and the sports competitions have been a success, the glamour of Polo, the relaxation of our golf courses, the sailing competitions, a complete success environment and public.
We must welcome the new management of the Real Club Marítimo de Sotogrande, which under the presidency of D. Ignacio de Colmenares, will continue with the upward management of our club, providing great satisfaction to our nautical athletes.
In the real estate market, it has also been a good summer, and from Ayling Property Sotogrande, we have once again had the opportunity to put our experience of more than 45 years and our knowledge of the market at the service of the multitude of clients who have visited us so much to rent and to buy, and have benefited from our extensive portfolio and our professionalism.
